Q. Where can I find my URN and PRN (log in details)?
You can find these in your offer letter or joining pack
Q. How long do I have to complete the e-Learning?
You have 28 days from the date of your Workshop to complete all of the modules listed. It is your responsibility to complete the course within the timescale.
Q. How many e-Learning modules are there?
There are 5 modules in total.
Q. How long do I have for each module?
As long you need, however each module takes approximately 30 minutes.
Q. What level of computer skill do I need to complete this course?
The modules are very user friendly and only basic mouse skills are required. If you need help there is a help button within each module to give you some advice.
Q. Can I do all the modules in one go?
No. You have to wait 4 days in-between modules. This is so you have time to reflect on the content of each module before moving onto the next.
Q. What happens if I need help or assistance?
At the top of each page is a help button to guide you through the process. Should you have further difficulties please ring the helpline number
Q. What happens if I do not finish within 28 days?
You will automatically be locked out and referred back to Thames Valley Police as you will have to pay the £60.00 fine and have your licence endorsed with 3 penalty points.
Q. What happens when I have completed all the modules?
You do not have to do anything as you will automatically be referred back to Thames Valley Police for cancellation of your original Fixed Penalty Notice.
Q. What if I do not have access to a computer?
You can access the course from any computer for example a friends or your local library's

Q. What happens if I fail the assessment at the end of each module?
You can retry as often as you need too.
Q. What are the questions based on?
The assessment is drawn from the modules and the Highway Code, it is essential you concentrate on each module or you may not pass the assessment.
